And then Hv doesn't have it. Frankly speaking, it should have them (the black smith stones), but they should be non-tradeable, unsellable nor warehouseable. pet class in HV should offer you a way to up their warrior armor for their pets. HV is supposed to be a normal town with exclusive options, it could still miss so much stuff that other towns get Jewels,shards, blacksmith stones now. What is the hell? If HV did not have uber buffs, there should be no way in hell.
This is like what you said, to prevent monopolization and unfair advantages as far as merching goes for people with hv passes. It is 15% less to purchase the elite jewel, if it were in HV. You could then sell it, and it is under the Jewel Merchant's NPC price, and make more than 500k profit.
buy 10 elite jewels from HV 6,375,000 rupees
sell out of HV 7m each.
profit is 625k each jewel.
From ten jewels, you can make 6,250,000m and your money could come back from buying the jewels in the first place. While you can do this with lots of items from hv, it is not as fast, and efficient are as items that don't go to pass the 5m's. Equipments have been made useless trying to sell, because market value are on the equipment, you can purchase from stores, and it is generally a lot less then of those, if it's not enchanted or at level10(Rappelz powerleveling). At least, a lot are less than 15%. It should be losing money instead of gaining. And it's not as highly demanding, such as jewels or blacksmith stones would be. Thanks for reading and see you later.
